The ambiance was nice and the setting was very elegant. The location was also great.

There was construction going on next to our room. They were apologetic and gave us free breakfast.

Staff was super, location was excellent and above all the pool and privet beach made our stay extrem

The only thing is the spa was over priced

Staff was courteous, room was clean and modern, in-room dining was great, the check-in and check-out process and easy and speedy.

Large resort with multiple pools & activities (also private beach). Staff was very attentive.

I don’t like about the properties. The price is getting very high specially in the summer they should advertise more cheaper rate. Give chance to enjoy the facility and the hospitality of the hotel.

Very poor management getting worse every day

A cat at the door of the breakfast restaurant scratches my son's hand. We had to take him to the hospital and administer the Rabies vaccine in three doses on separate dates. He went through lots of pain, and instead of enjoying his time, he was in the hospital with pain. The hotel manager said the cat was from the street's cat and they cannot repel all cats from the property. But the cat was inside the yard of the hotel at the door of the restaurant, which opened to the yard.

This was my sixth stay at this fantastic resort, and once again, everything was exceptional! The attention to detail is truly impressive—they think of everything, even the little things you wouldn’t expect. The service is flawless, always focused on comfort and convenience. Even if you forget something at home, they’re ready to provide it on the spot!

A slight increase in the volume of the music at the pool bars would enhance the atmosphere.

Excellent resort, with multiple restaurants, three pools and a vast beach area. Everything was top notch, particularly the friendliness of the staff. Amazing breakfast. Amenities at the beach (regularly offering you cool treats). Spacious and well appointed room. Always busy, but never overcrowded.

The view from our room was pretty non-existent. But, considering we had a VERY early check-in, this was a reasonable trade-off. Traffic in the area can get pretty epic at times.

1. The staff were excellent - always courteous, professional and helpful. This seems to be common across all staff and management we met. Congratulations to your staff and your training programmes.2. The Club Room & Gravity Bar were convenient for the family breakfast, afternoon refreshments and pre-dinner cocktail. 3. The grounds of the hotel are very peasant and well kept4. The choice of restaurants in the Hotel complex was very good. Highlights were Indya, La Strega, The Beam. The Beach Bar was a highlight and is very well managed. 5. Help with transport to the airport when for all of my family.

1. I have no complaints with the hotel experience and it is impossible to identify any aspect that I did not like.2. A problem of my own making was that I made the family bookings in three separate reservations - BA, Direct with Hotel and Booking.COM. This was my mistake as I did not appreciate that airport transport is included with certain booking methods and not all. Your Manager was very helpful to me in sorting this out. 2. Our vacation coincided with Eid which meant that the hotel was fully booked and busy particularly around the pool. This is not a hotel problem it is just that I prefer quieter periods (as we experienced in 2024).

Very friendly staff, great restaurants and great location

We stayed at Le Royal Meridien and had a really good experience overall. The hotel has huge grounds, which is great for parents with kids — lots of space, greenery, and plenty of room to enjoy without feeling cramped.The service from the staff was excellent, super attentive and always ready to help. Special mention to the fact that they were very generous with still water, which is often a small but annoying issue in other 5-star hotels — here, we never had to ask twice and were always well stocked.The resort has three big swimming pools, so whether you want a lively atmosphere or a quieter spot, you’ll find your place. It’s definitely a family-friendly hotel, but there are still calm areas for those who just want to relax.One thing we didn’t love was the so-called sea view room in the new tower. The view turned out to be more of the harbour, buildings, and some construction — not exactly the sea view we expected. On the positive side, the room itself was lovely, modern, and very comfortable, and when we mentioned the view, the staff kindly gave us a free upgrade, which we really appreciated.Breakfasts were great, with a wide variety, and there are plenty of restaurants on-site for those who don’t want to leave the resort.Overall, it’s a very comfortable and well-run hotel, perfect for families or anyone looking for a relaxed getaway with great service.

Everything was perfect. The only issue was that all beds in the beach were reserved with towels and nobody was there. It's not fair to allow bed reservations like this. I stayed until 11:30am and all beds were still empty and guests actually coming on the beach couldn't take any because reserved

We returned to Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa for the first time in 18th months and were very much treated like members of the family. We love staying in the Tower and especially as we were given the same room as last time! Our room was always cleaned beautifully and water replenished everyday. We made use of the Tower Lounge for afternoon tea and pre-dinner drinks and the staff there were always very helpful and polite.We loved the breakfasts and international buffets at Brassiere 2.0 and had to exercise temperance because you could eat forever!Hassnain, our Tower Concierge, sang Happy Birthday to me on my big day and Charlene always looked after us when we visited Shades.

A bit of maintenance work inside the hotel that started too early in the morning for our liking but other than that, I can't think of anything.

Breakfast was a bit manic and slightly disorganised in brasserie 2.0 so a bit disappointing.The hotel used to split the breakfast into 3 separate areas (club building, main and tower) which was so much better!
